We want to again thank and salute Shyrod , Papa Sol and you for the outstanding performance on Saturday night at Jennifer’s wedding. They were absolutely fabulous. Their energy was unmatched. The music quality even better. We have received countless compliments about Shyrod and his group. We truly enjoyed working with you and Shyrod and thank you all again for a memorable evening. 

Man, Papa Sol was incredible! We danced literally the entire time. Everything was rowdy and fun as hell. Got so many compliments on the band. Please send them my email and tell them thank you so much for making our night so special and so fun!

I am Cathy C., mother of the bride of the wedding that Papa Sol played for on June 19th in Thibodaux, LA. I just want to say "thank you so very much" for the absolute best band performance of any wedding I've ever attended! You guys were just fantastic - totally awesome! Everyone had the BEST TIME. It was so great how you had the whole audience involved, and allowed any/all of the wedding party and guests to participate. I have heard over and over again how great the band was! Michael and Brittany had the time of their lives with you on the most special day of their lives, and they have repeated this to me numerous times, even now while they are on their honeymoon. In talking with you, you all were such a pleasure to work with, so professional, patient, and absolute gentlemen/lady, while always making sure that the audience was completely entertained by your MOST TALENTED group of singers and musicians. Papa Sol was FABULOUS! They were so professional and set up at 5:00. They worked the crowd soooo well! Young and old loved them. We loved that they mixed Motown up with modern music. We just couldn't be more pleased with this group. We highly recommend them and want them again next year. I'll call you when we set a date. The wedding this past weekend was FABULOUS -- Papa Sol was nothing short of incredible. The crowd of 325 went from the ages of 2 years to 88 years and EVERYONE had fun dancing. They are high energy, engaging with the crowd, happy, and ready to do whatever their client wants to make their event a success. Shyrod is professional; he was on time and did everything he said he would do for our daughter's wedding. The music was appropriate for the audience and was not too loud as so often one finds at weddings or dances. I just wanted to write a quick note to tell you how FABULOUS Papa Sol was at our wedding on Kiawah Island! I was so impressed with their sheer presence and of course the outstanding singing! My entire reception was dancing, singing and having a ball the entire time! They allowed everyone to get on stage, sing and dance with them, including me, the bride! Nothing will make me smile in the years to come, more than the pictures of my friends and family dancing like crazy. In fact, my cousin is getting married in Hilton Head in June and is considering hiring them to play at her wedding as well! Thanks again for everything!

Papa Sol was AMAZING!!! They are all our guest are talking about. We had high expectations because we have seen them perform once before, but they far exceeded them! They made our wedding reception unforgettable! Please pass our appreciation on to the band.

I am embarrassed to just finally be writing you both but I just wanted to let you know just how thrilled we were with Papa Sol for our wedding on December 8th. 

I have had multiple (like 50+) people ask me who was our band and tell me how much they loved you! I have even had several (both young and old) complaining about the bruises on their own hands from the tambourine!!! A large, fun time was had by ALL!!

I have just gotten the pictures back and have loved looking through them seeing all of the crowd interaction and dancing by all.

PapaSol was THE PERFECT wedding band for us! I loved having them even more because they aren't the normal "go to" Mississippi wedding band so it was fun livening up the party for everyone!

So sorry for the delay in my response.....Papa Sol was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! Worth every dime....it's all my guests could talk about during and afterwards still. I didn't want it to end b/c I've never enjoyed a band so much. Rarely do see guests go up the band to shake their hands afterwards like they did at our wedding. Just amazing!!!! Thank you for the recommendation and for helping me book them which was the best decision I ever made!

Papa Sol was absolutely fantastic and I apologize for not telling you that much sooner! As you might remember, it ended up pouring down rain all day that day, even though the day before they had predicted a "zero percent" chance of rain and consequently the "rain plan" tents had been cancelled! The bride and groom were devastated but determined to have a good time! They got married outside in the rain. Papa Sol was kind enough to agree to move into the house (we were supposed to be outside in the back yard) and my sister was even kinder to allow us to move all the furniture in her house! Papa Sol was fantastic, even though my son, the groom, was determined to become a singing member of the band! Everyone had a fantastic time, it was a great party, and there were probably over 200 people still there at 11:00 pm! Please pass my appreciation on to the band members and tell them I would be happy to give a testimony for them any time! It was great doing business with you as well.
