The Voltage Brothers are THE best! My wedding was an absolute blast thanks to them. They rolled with the punches throughout the night, even popping into the dinner space with three horn players, guiding us down to the dock for dancing after we were running behind. The band members were all great sports, setting up on a dock over the lake. The dance floor was so packed the entire time we literally almost broke the dock. Luckily nobody went for a swim and we all had the best time ever - all thanks to these guys! I could not recommend them enough to any bride looking for a fun wedding centered around dancing. It was a good time had by all, from grandmothers to twenty-somethings. Thank you, Voltage Brothers!!!

I'll be totally honest with you, the voltage brothers are absolutely the BEST band we have EVER seen and they made our wedding. All 200 guests have reached out to us saying they were the best band they've ever heard and truly can't get over it. Not one person sat down once they started playing and I've never seen that before at a wedding. They kept the crowd on their toes dancing all over. Even the ones who don't dance! Our first dance was amazing- they did such a good job!! I can't wait to see them again and want their schedules for sure for events people can come to because We are in LOVE with them!!!! They made our wedding a dream so please pass this on to them! When can we see them next is the question! 

I cannot thank you enough for Saturday. From the parade to the reception, the Voltage Brothers (with you as their manager extraordinaire of course) made our day absolutely perfect. Guests keep commenting on the band and I know I was certainly not ready for the party to end on Saturday. I just wanted to dance on through the night. I just cannot thank you enough--your talent, your flexibility with speeches and dances, etc., y'all were just too good to us and I am so thankful. I am already trying to find my next excuse for a party to have the Voltage Brothers perform again.

I also appreciate how you all managed to perform so many of the requested songs especially, "Lifetime Guarantee of Love."  A special moment for me!  Odds are that daughter # 2 won’t be far from her turn stated that she did not want a carbon copy of Page’s wedding, but the band will stay the same!

You guys were fabulous!!!! Honestly, I think I can say that this is the first time Steve hasn't complained about the band.  In fact, quite the opposite.  Your band was in and out unloading which I can never remember ever happening.  You have no idea how much easier it is when we have this type of cooperation ( especially when dealing with weather!!)  The music was phenomenal.  No doubt we chose the right band.  Everyone loved you guys.

Everyone at the wedding loved the band!!!  We were so pleased.  Everyone jumped up to dance as soon as they started playing and my only regret was that we did not have a bigger dance floor!  Thanks so much for the recommendation and I have already told the social director at Myers Park how great they were.

I just wanted to write a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed the band on Saturday night. Everyone commented on how much fun they had dancing (which was evidenced by the packed dance floor) and all the credit goes to the band.  Some family members even commented that all future weddings in the family must involve the Voltage Brothers.  In short, they were incredible!  Please pass along our thanks for all their hard work.

Yes, The Voltage Brothers exceeded our expectations! They put on a great show and really got Connor and her crowd involved. And then us old folks did a flashback 30 years and showed the young ones how it's really done.

As you said, they would be great to work with - and they were. From Viola up front to Jim and Ray at the reception they were truly interested in making it easy and fun for us. 

I would not be surprised for you to get at least one or two bookings from this event. We continue to get questions about the band. I pretty much knew what we were getting, but there were many who were blown away by the performance.

Just to let you know how SUPER The Voltage Brothers were at our event on Friday nit. They outdid themselves…related so well to the crowd..had this whole crowd of mostly 60+ years of age..hoppin the whole night.  The Biltmore Forest Country Club was thrilled with their professionalism and the client was over the top happy with them.

On Sunday May 17, the Voltage Brothers performed at the reception for our daughter's wedding at the William Aiken House and we could not have been more pleased. 

We live in Dalton, Ga and our daughter, Bergen B., married Philipe A. in Charleston, SC. Approximately 200 guests attended. The Voltage Brothers exceeded our highest expectations!!

They were professional, energetic and fully connected with the crowd. 

They did a great job during the cocktail hour while food and drink were being passed. 

They learned new songs for the "bride-groom first dance", the "father-daughter dance" and a "grandfather-bride dance". All three songs were new to them yet they learned these important songs (to us) with enthusiasm and played them as if they had been part of their playlist for years. They even coordinated playing a song in Portuguese for the "groom-mother dance". (Our new son in law is a native of Brazil.)

When the reception party started is when they really shined. We had 4 food stations set up inside of the William Aiken House and the band was on a stage in the courtyard under a tent. Everyone had plenty to eat and drink, and quickly shifted to partying with the Voltage  Brothers!

The bulk of the crowd was between the ages of 25-54 and they kept the dance floor full the whole time. All cited that they were one of the best bands they have ever seen at a wedding reception.

One of our highlights from the wedding was when the bride and mother of the bride joined the Voltage Brother on stage to dance to Uptown Funk!

I highly recommend this band to anyone looking for a fun and professional band to bring the crowd together and celebrate!!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED the Voltage Brothers and have had rave reviews from our guests. They were so much fun, seemed to love what they were doing, and were so accommodating. I sent a lists of song requests to them and nothing was a problem. Our guest stayed on the dance floor all night and very few people left until the band stopped for the night. We were thrilled!!! Not only are they very talented, hard working musicians; they are incredibly professional in all of their dealings. My 90 year old mother in law, at whose home we had the party, said they were a delight to have in her home and she, too, really enjoyed the music. Their professionalism was amazing and our wedding coordinator was extremely impressed. The dance floor was filled to the very last song and I can't begin to tell you how many guests told us it was the best party/wedding band they'd ever heard! They were fabulous.  There music was a clear and on note as any band I've ever heard. In many instances I felt like I had traveled through a time warp and was back at W&L in the late ‘70’s.  There still as good as they were 35 years ago.  They played a big part in making this year’s Banana Ball the best one that most can remember.

The Voltage Brothers were AMAZING!  Cannot say enough great things about them.  They kept everyone on the dance floor, from teenagers to octogenarians!

The wedding was on one of the hottest days of our otherwise cool summer, and the band certainly earned their keep (without complaint) in the gymnasium which was not air-conditioned.

I am so sorry you couldn't be with us after all of your hard work planning with us. But, I am glad you listened to your body. I can't thank you and Ray and the band enough. It was just awesome and God gave us great weather for the whole weekend. The band and Kim were fantastic. I think Ray even stayed a little for the after party. I couldn't last ...I had to go to bed to get ready for the wedding day which was also just so memorable.

The "Amen" song worked beautifully. We even had Allison and Chandler on stage for the welcome so they joined in with the guests and the band.

You get better soon. I know I am still dragging. Don't know what I was thinking....how I could dance the night away and not feel it! But it was worth it.

I would like to praise the Voltage Brothers on not only their performance, but also on the overall attitude and demeanor. You may know, the reception got rained out about 45 minutes into the bands set- we were prepared and had trash bags ready, but I was not prepared for how AMAZING they were to work with, and their ability to reset and get the energy back up and moving for the guests in a matter of about 20 minutes. I know that this attitude is very rare, and I was so thankful for their efforts! I would love to work with them again, and I hope that they had a good experience as welI! I heard comments throughout the crowd that this was the best reception they had ever been too- and that has a lot to do with the band!!

A belated thank you for your help in booking The Voltage Brothers for our wedding in Raleigh on July 6. They were exactly what we were looking for. Very easy to work with and definitely made the evening a success.

I just got back to work, and YES, everything was fantastic from my perspective!!!! It was AMAZING!!! They did such a wonderful job - I couldn't have asked for a better or more fun band! They kept the crowd engaged and entertained all evening. My husband was so disappointed when they announced the last song and he looked at his watch and realized that the evening was over!

Many friends asked about who you were and how we got your name, so I anticipate a few more bookings in the Raleigh area shortly! Some of our guests recognized you all from a wedding the weekend before and they were so excited to be having you again.

Be sure to tell the band - other than the awesome music, one of my favorite memories of the night was when they confused my son with the groom. Everything went great with the 4th of July. The crew did a great job, and I would recommend them anytime. The Voltage Brothers was the perfect band for our event. The crowd really loved them, and they played a great variety of music for the diverse crowd. The Voltage Brothers were absolutely wonderful! They haven't lost any of their talent over the years! Their attitudes were excellent and they were wonderful to work with. They played a great variety of music for our students, and we were very happy with them!

If words could even begin to describe the first rate show that Jim and the Voltage Brothers put on for us this past Saturday night in Southport, NC, we might crash the internet.

Sometimes, delivering an simple, "Thank you" says it all. I hope that our humble gratitude will be accepted in this way for the unbelievably high energy of the band, the truly professional quality of their music, the inclusive nature of their delivery, their flexibility in catering to the crowd throughout the entire evening and as I came to find out on Sunday, the high class handling of a party goer who thought he was part of the band (my apologies to you and the band Jim.).

We received more compliments and high praises on our choice of the band throughout the night and for the few days that followed. These guys (and lady) successfully kept 150 people on the dance floor for every bit of the four hours they played! Believe me when I tell you that if you knew the personalities of the crowd like Amy and I do, this was no small feat. It is a true testament to how Jim and his team have mastered their craft, not only of being incredibly gifted musicians and singers but as importantly - entertainers.

There was plenty going on all around them that would have distracted lesser professionals - but not the Voltage Brothers. Jim and his group did exactly what he said they were going to do....They slayed it! Sure, we had a good crowd on hand, but The Voltage Brothers made this event a hit beyond our wildest expectations. 

I LOVED them!! If I can afford them I definitely want them at my own wedding which will hopefully be sometime in the next year or so ;)

They were fabulous. They will likely hear from the peeps here more. I will need them again with daughter #2 sometime or another. Couldn't have been better. I hope they enjoyed their time here.

To be real honest with you they were GREAT!!!!!! I talked to them earlier in the week as they called me. We confirmed everything for the party and that was a first for me. They were there as they said. The nicest people you would want to work with and be around. They conformed to our needs and impressed our members by going around and talking with them about there program and how they were doing. You don't get that very often and it was very refreshing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for performance,quality and being nice professional people. Thank you and The Voltage Bros. for making our function great. 

Words cannot explain just how fabulous our PICOR 2009, "Oh, What a Night" Holiday was. Jerry and Johnny were absolutely hilarious, as well as, kind. It was the perfect way to begin the evening. The Voltage Brothers..... are simply the best....The hotel just called and said that was, without a doubt, the best band that had ever performed at The Carnegie. The music, the horns, the voices, the professionalism.....Tony and I, along with the staff danced the night away. Every song they played was 100% perfect. The Voltage Brothers are one talented group of musicians. We were honored to have them perform and look forward to our next event. Wow, it was an amazing night, the band was fantastic!!  I had many past and future clients attend the wedding as guests and they all asked about the band and just raved about them.  

They are so clean, polished and professional not to mention fun and just a true class act.  I truly hope that I will have the opportunity to work with the Voltage Brothers again in the future.
